The device is powered through the RJ-45 copper port in compliance with IEEE 802.3af standards, when connected to power sourcing equipment, meaning no separate power connection is required. With its supported operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C, the Mini offers a space saving alternative for converting copper to fiber in extreme environments.
